Libbi has 20 years of nursing experience with 17 of that being in home health. She brings over 15 years in home health operational management, leadership, and OASIS review. Libbi has been with SMART since its inception in 2018 and has served in various different rolls, landing her in her current roll as Team Lead.
Libbi’s previous experience in operations and leadership at the agency level gives her a better understanding as to what agencies are dealing with at the agency level. Libbi strives to educate and guide agencies in providing the best quality patient experience and outcome.
What is something most people don’t know about you?
My kitchen is my happy place and I enjoy cooking for and watching those I love enjoy the fruits of my labor from the kitchen.
What motivates you to get out of bed in the morning?
My family and all of our furry friends on our farm.
