Ms. Roos has enjoyed a distinguished career spanning over 40 years in the healthcare industry. After completing her education at Wilkes College, Wilkes-Barre, PA with her BSN, she worked in critical care at Hershey Medical Center and held various positions prior to entering the home health industry in 1992. She served as Director, Administrator, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer for various large home health organizations prior to becoming a Founding Member of S.M.A.R.T. Healthcare Compliance Resources, LLC in July 2018.

With proven leadership skills and a wealth of experience, in Mary Lou’s next chapter she will focus on assisting the home health and hospice community providers navigate the complexities of compliance. She exhibits an amazing passion for partnering with S.M.A.R.T.’s client base to alleviate some of the massive administrative burden placed on clinical operators and to allow providers to focus on delivery of excellent patient care.
